What to put in your garden and why..
Better Boy tomato- It tastes good and has disease resistance
Golden Jubilee tomato- It offers loads of big, golden-yellow fruits with a mild flavor. It has good disease resistance too.
Jalapeno’ pepper- Use them when they or green or wait till they are red. They offer a distinct mild flavor that is essential for great tasting salsa.
Garlic chives- easy to grow perennial that gives great flavor to salsas
Cilantro- Because they offer a zing to every dish you put it in 🙂
Black Pearl’ pepper- hotter than Jalapenos- gives your salsa the spice it needs
These are just a few things you can put in your salsa but you gotta start somewhere!
